From what we know about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, also known as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version or Overclocked Version, the Cortex-X4 sees a boost from 3.30 GHz on the regular version to a 3.4GHz CPU clock speed on the improved version.
This seemingly modest enhancement translates to significant performance gains. According to Geekbench 6 results, this upgrade enables the enhanced chipset to achieve single-core and multi-core scores of 2319 and 7215 respectively, showcasing its superior computational prowess.
